HarperDB is hiring a Sales and Customer Success Engineer to help with sales demos, architecture, and customer success. We are looking for someone who enjoys interfacing with customers, but also writing code and designing complex enterprise software solutions. This position is part of the Product & Marketing team.


  • Perform product demos and answer technical questions during sales calls
  • Create Proof of Concept projects for HarperDB Custom Functions like so
  • Turn projects into content that can be used to socialize HarperDB to the dev community
  • Help the developer community and enterprise customers with solutions and technical challenges
  • Assist the support team with customer issues to drive customer satisfaction


  • Experience in technical sales, consulting, development, and/or database architecture
  • 3 to 5 years industry experience
  • Database experience with both NoSQL and SQL products
  • Experience architecting cloud solutions on AWS or GCP
  • Node.js development experience

Salary: $150k - $175k
