HarperDB is looking for a Technical Account Manager to help drive success for our largest customers. This role will be responsible for helping to drive and support successful implementations of HarperDB across a large application portfolio. We are looking for an individual with strong technical skills, particularly in software architecture and development, with an additional background in customer-facing roles.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years in solution architecture or sales engineering
- Experience working in large, complex enterprises
- Strong experience with Cloud and Enterprise Architectures
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture basics such as storage, load balancing, security, deployment tools, etc…
- Knowledge of one of the following programming languages: Node.js, Python and/or Go
- Knowledge of Java or .NET
- Knowledge of both NoSQL and SQL databases
- Experience building and working with RESTful interfaces
- Project/Program Management experience a plus
- Prior experience with the HarperDB product a plus
